1) Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is VIPAX, a.s. No Data Protection Officer is appointed. For all requests, use the contacts above.
2) What data we process
Identification and contact data; contractual and communication data; billing and payment data; technical and operational website data (IP address, logs, cookies; non-essential cookies only with consent).
3) Where we obtain data
From you, from public registers and from operation of our websites and online services.
4) Purposes and legal bases
Contract performance and pre-contract steps; legal obligations (accounting, tax); legitimate interests (protection of rights and claims, IT security, basic direct marketing to customers with the option to object at any time); and processing based on consent for newsletters and non-essential analytics/marketing cookies (consent may be withdrawn at any time).
5) Recipients and processors
IT/hosting and website maintenance providers; accountants and tax advisers; e-mailing and communication tool providers; carriers/couriers where relevant; public authorities where required by law. Data processing agreements are in place with our processors.
6) Transfers outside the EEA
We do not primarily transfer data outside the EU/EEA. If we use a provider located outside the EEA, we will ensure appropriate safeguards (notably EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and inform you.
7) Retention periods
Contract documents and related communication for the contract term and 3 years thereafter; accounting and tax records 10 years; inquiries without a contract 1 year; marketing based on consent until withdrawn or max. 3 years since last interaction; logs and security records usually up to 6 months. After expiry, data are deleted or anonymised.
8) Cookies and online marketing
We use essential technical cookies (legitimate interests) and analytics/marketing cookies only with consent. Details and consent management are available in the cookie banner or cookie policy on the website.
9) Your rights
Right of access and copy; rectification; erasure; restriction; data portability (for consent/contract bases and automated processing); objection to processing based on legitimate interests (especially direct marketing); withdrawal of consent at any time; complaint to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz. Send requests to info@vipax.cz or to our postal address; we usually respond within 1 month.
10) Automated decision-making
We do not conduct automated individual decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant impacts on you.
11) Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (access controls, encryption, backups). Internet transmissions cannot be completely secure; please use up-to-date software and protect your devices.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws or our processes change. The current version will be available from us and takes effect upon publication/notice.
